Week #8: Making cancer a family adventure
Last time Trish had cancer, we had an epiphany during a particularly dark moment. We wanted to travel the globe with our daughters if Trish got better. And she did. And we went.
Week # 7 Big hair and Big emotions: the stress gets to us.

Week # 6: The importance of a grilled cheese and help from unexpected places
After the fantastic high of cancerpalooza, the second round of chemotherapy treatment is harsh. Our littlest daughter, Lily, shows unexpected courage, and we get precious, surprise help from friends, school and family. Best of all, Trish does much better this week. We’re optimsitic that we can manage the symptoms the rest of the summer. .
Week #5: Hair loss and Hair bands at Cancerpalooza
We finally have a great week, one so exciting we named it Cancer-Palooza. Where were YOU? It was the hottest event in NYC. But for the hair, you wouldn’t have known this family was grappling with cancer. This week reads like our travel blog, which is a nice change of pace. .
