She throws parties, glams like a movie star, treats the kids to endless fun, and suffers through the horror with life-affirming verve and snarky indignance at the nasty disease.

The Surgery
- Week 19 – Goldilocks and the Titty Docs: A tough reconstruction decision: We begin to think about surgery and reconstruction, and it’s not as simple as we thought.
- Week 20 - Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right, here I am…. Surgery dates are messed up. Lady Gaga and Cirque du Soleil compete for biggest spectacle.

Week 21 – The End of Cancerpalooza: Slash, death and diamonds.: A long drive to see Slash, and our children struggle with the imminent surgery.
- Week 22 – Taking out a contract on her tit, and the big 101st surprise! The Chemo leaves Trish too weak for surgery.
- Week 23-25 – Special TRIPLE issue! With more boobies! And the Mid-Atlantic sucks! Cancerpalooza overtime. Camping and more dance
- Week 24 – ‘By any detectable means…’ the Final Battle. She finally does the surgery, the boobs are gone. Trish is cancer free.
The Reconstruction:
- Week 25-34 – A Post-Cancer World (1 of 2): Life isn’t normal, but we pretend it is with another massive party – a battle between St. Nick and St. Patrick.
- Week 35-42 – A Post-Cancer World (2 of 2) Our first travel, up the northern coast of California, and the Snow-pocalypse
- Cancerpalooza Eplilogue: It took two bouts with cancer to show me what love really is.
